Most air motors are available in three types: with vanes, pistons or gears. Each type has its own particular characteristics. Pneumatic vane motors. Piston air motors. Pneumatic gear motors.Read more

The Safety Air Treatment Box (SAT Box) is a safety device aimed at protecting people & material against damages and accidents. Placed upstream from your pneumatic actuators (motors, pistons or any portable pneumatic tools) the SAT Box provides numerous important safety features:
- Emergency kill switch
- Key safety lock
- Downstream automatic air bleed
- Detection of pressure loss and automatic switch off
Those Safety devices ensure an instantaneous air bleed in the downstream circuit when the emergency kill switch is hit. As a consequence, no residual energy may create an accidental motion after the stop. Additionally, no inopportune restart is possible as one needs to push either the “auto start” or the “remote start” button to start again. All these safety features are energized by air pressure, without any other energy source required.
The SAT Box can be equipped as an option with a foot or hand remote control in order to keep control over the motor while keeping mobility.». It can be ATEX certified on request.
Powerful, light and ergonomic, the Modec portable air valve actuators bring safety, productivity and comfort to the operators and protect material against damages. Thanks to their smart adapters, they adapt to all valves and most of handwheels without any prior equipment required. The torque delivered can go up to 850 Nm.
The Modec Energy Harvesting System (EHS) is a simple mean for industries consuming large quantities of compressed air to recover a part of the lost energy by transforming it into electricity. It can also use energy stored as compressed air.
That system is simple, easy to install and operate and generates immediate savings while making our environment cleaner.
Vane air motor reducer consist of a pneumatic section and a gear section. The pneumatic section rotates the motor, via the pressure of the compressed air on the different parts. The gear section then allows you to regulate the motor’s speed and torque according to what it is being used for.Read more
